Filter Units
In order to meet all requirements, we have a range of filter units for each machine and each application, including offices and control rooms as well as mobile equipment.
All systems can be installed on a quick exchange frame. With this frame all of our systems can simply be exchanged between machines.
Brofil B10 Super Compact
The Brofil B10 Super Compact has been specifically developed for off-road machines with limited assembly space. This unit combines compact dimensions with full capacity.
The B10 Super Company does not make use of a pre-filter.

Brofil B10 Compact

The unit can be assembled on the engine compartment behind the cabin or even on the vehicle’s mudguard.
The Brofil B10 Compact has larger filter capacity than the Brofil B10 Super Compact to provide a greater number of filter combinations.

Brofil B15 Compact
The Brofil B15 Compact has a bottom inlet, not only static filter-cleaning, but also the unique forced Blower Cleaning in order to extend the service life of dust filters.
The new B15 Compact also has the new filter-press system. This system ensures that at all times the filters are sufficiently pressed to prevent leakage through the filters.

Brofil B20 Compact
The Brofil B20 Compact is ideal for use on construction machines, such as mechanical excavators, cranes, foundation machines, dumpers, and dredging machines. The B20 Compact combines a very large capacity with relatively compact dimensions.
As a result, the B20 Compact can be used in a wide range of conditions, including heavy decontamination work.

Brofil B30 Compact
Just like the Brofil B20 Compact, the Brofil B30 Compact is ideal for use on all types of construction machines that are used in heavily contaminated environments.
The filters of the B30 Compact have other dimensions than other systems.
Because of the larger filter dimensions, this model is ideal for work where large concentrations of dust, gas or vapour are present.

Brofil B10 ABF
Brofil introduces the new B10 ABF (Air Blast Filtration). Air is pressed through the filters.
This has the advantage of no leakage through the sealing of the filters. So this system provides 100% clean breathing air!
Standard delivered with a P1 / G4 inlet pre-filter.
The Brofil B10 ABF is a very. good choice when the system can be placed on the roof of your machine.

Brofil B20 ABF Compact
One of the latest innovations of the Brofil Pressurized Filtration System is the Brofil B20 Compact ABF.
This unit has two filter compartments: the upper unit and the lower unit. These two parts can be opened with one push due to two gas cylinders.
The gas cylinders are activated when the unit gets unbuckled.
When the air enters the system, it will first pass a water repellent filter at the bottom of the system. Then through dust filters in the lower unit and at last through the upper unit’s dust and/or carbon filters.

Customized Pressurized Filtration System
In order to meet market standard, Brofil has designed the B1000. A system specially developed for marine and industrial applications.
The Brofil B1000 is easy to install, for example, the deck behind the cabin. Thanks to the mounting bracket, the B1000 is fast to assemble, reliable and universal!
Due to its large filter capacity, the B1000 can contain all kinds of filter combinations for every kind of pollution.
